DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We currently ship to New Zealand and USA. 

We offer standard and express international shipping:

  • Standard shipping: rates calculated at checkout from the shipping carrier based on your location and package weight
  • Standard shipping: FREE when you spend over $250, expect within 3-12 business days

Delivery will take between 1-12 business days, depending where in the world you are.

Some countries have customs and import duty fees. These are set by individual countries and the parcel carrier and are charged to the recipient. Alpha Fortis is not responsible for paying the international customs and import duty fees.

The United States have no additional importation charges.

  • Standard & Express shipping: rates calculated at checkout from the shipping carrier based on your location and package weight, 1-5 business days
  • Standard shipping: FREE when you spend more than $150, expect within 1-5 business days
I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER YET

Unfortunately things can go wrong. Please check your tracking number and contact the shipping carrier to lodge a ticket with them - the shipping company may be able to resolve a lost package quickly.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact support at hey@alphafortis.com.au. We can only change or cancel orders that haven't been processed yet. If your order has been shipped, you will need to follow the returns process once you receive your order.

If you've changed your mind, you can exchange your item. Just send us an email at hey@alphafortis.com.au

Items that fall under our return terms can be returned. Send an email to hey@alphafortis.com.au to organise a return.

Please include your order number and clear details where appropriate when sending an item.
